NAMUN warmly welcomes international delegates to participate in its 27th Session. International delegates add to the vibrancy and diversity that makes NAMUN so special. We are committed to ensuring the conference is a comfortable and culturally inclusive experience, and will be assisting international delegates with any problems they may encounter.
The following information should be reviewed carefully before registering for NAMUN XXVII:
Obtaining Canadian Visa
Because the Visa application process can be long, it is crucial that international delegates allow enough time for their visas to be processed and should begin making such arrangements as soon as they can.
During the process of applying for a visa, we will be able to provide our delegates with a Letter of Invitation and a Confirmation of Registration after full payment is received. The NAMUN team will also provide any other information to delegates about the visa process within our knowledge and capacity. We cannot, however, guarantee the successful grant of a visa and do not take responsibility for an unsuccessful application.
Please proceed to register and pay for both your delegate fee and accommodation while your visa application is pending – in many cases, proof of registration will assist your application.
If, for some reason you are unsuccessful in your visa application we can provide a full refund of fees, we will however retain a $10 registration fee.
