Meet the Secretariat

  • Antoinette De Los Reyes (She/Her)

    Secretary-General

    Antoinette is an incoming fourth year student pursuing a double major in International Relations and Contemporary Asian Studies with a minor in Data Science. This is her third year returning to the NAMUN Secretariat and is honoured to be this year’s Secretary-General! Antoinette has done funded field research projects abroad and is particularly passionate about labour migration throughout Asia. She loves global politics and welcomes anyone to chat about it with her!

    Outside of academics, Antoinette loves london fogs and hojicha lattes, playing with cats despite being extremely allergic to them, and travelling all around the world with a film camera!

  • Jasper Ma (He/Him)

    Senior Advisor

    Jasper is a recent graduate from the University of Toronto, where he studied International Relations, Contemporary Asian Studies and Political Science. Returning to NAMUN for his fourth year, he is honoured to serve as one of the Senior Advisors, supporting the Secretariat and contributing to the continued success of the conference.

    In his free time, Jasper enjoys staying up at night thinking about what could’ve been but never was. He also enjoys listening to beabadoobee.

  • Mahek Kaur (They/Them)

    Senior Advisor

    Mahek recently graduated from the University of Toronto, and is currently pursuing their JD degree at the University of Ottawa. After holding various operations roles at NAMUN, they are honoured to be returning as the Senior Advisor this year, and they look forward to helping the secretariat plan a memorable and enjoyable conference. Beyond NAMUN, you can find Mahek learning a new recipe, travelling, and reading

  • Catherine Wu (She/Her)

    Deputy Secretary-General, Content


    Catherine is an incoming fourth-year at UofT studying Psychology and Political Science, with specific interests in international law, false memory, and psycholinguistics. This is her third year with NAMUN, and as Deputy Secretary-General of Content, she is very excited to work with all the academic staff and witness the innovative resolutions and creative arcs that delegates are sure to bring to the conference.
    Aside from NAMUN, she is a varsity fencer, Editor-in-Chief for the Intra Vires Undergraduate Law Journal, Editor at the BRICS Research Group, and researcher at a biopsychosocial lab. In her free time, she enjoys historical fiction and animated films, listening to music, and exploring new cafes!

  • Jessica Wan (She/Her)

    Deputy Secretary-General, Operations

    Jessica is a fourth-year student double majoring in Political Science and Criminology & Sociolegal Studies. This is her fourth year at NAMUN and after 2 years in C&D, she is excited to be returning as the Deputy Secretary-General, Operations! Outside of NAMUN, she enjoys art (from creating it to going to galleries), making endlessly long music playlists, stress baking, and trying new cafes with friends. She is excited to work with everyone to bring NAMUN 2026 to life and foster many more connections within the community!

  • Ridhima Sinha (She/Her)

    Director-General External Affairs

    Ridhima is a fourth-year student at the University of Toronto, double majoring in Economics and International Relations with a minor in Political Science. Her MUN journey dates back to elementary school, and last year she served as NAMUN’s External Affairs Coordinator. This year, she’s excited to return for her third year at NAMUN as the 2026 Director-General of External Affairs! When she’s not crying over Econ, she loves socializing with friends, taking long evening walks and trying new food. She looks forward to ensuring a memorable NAMUN experience for all delegates and can’t wait to connect with everyone before and during the conference!

  • Hannah Wei-Ai Ly (She/Her)

    Treasurer

    Hannah is a third-year student specializing in Finance and Economics, with a Focus in Data Science in Business and International Business. This is her third year at NAMUN, and she is thrilled to serve as the Treasurer. She looks forward to engaging with both staff and delegates, and to seeing the NAMUN 2026 conference come to life. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, solving puzzles, and working behind the scenes in theatre!

  • Christopher Rhee (He/Him)

    Chief of Staff

    Christopher is a second-year student at the University of Toronto studying International Relations and Political Science. With six years of experience as a delegate, staffer, and organizer, MUN has sparked his love for international politics and introduced him to some of his closest friends. As the Chief of Staff for NAMUN 2026, he looks forward to working with all the incredible individuals who will bring the conference to life. Outside of MUN, you can find him studying at Robarts, exploring new cafes downtown, or taking notes by hand in a lecture hall. He’s always up for a conversation about politics, history, or what the next cabinet shuffle might look like!

  • Victoria Pergola (She/Her)

    Director of General Assemblies

    Victoria Pergola (she/her) is a fourth year Bioinformatics and Computational Biology student and is excited to serve as the branch director for general assemblies at NAMUN this year. Her involvement in Model UN throughout both high school and university has provided her with many valuable experiences which she looks forward to sharing with all NAMUN participants this year! Beyond academics, Victoria enjoys playing and watching tennis, exploring Toronto on Tangerine bikes, and discovering new cafes and restaurants around the city. Following her first research project she developed a special interest in applying machine learning in cancer research and is eager to further pursue this field. Most of all, she is excited to see what this year’s conference has in store!

  • Safiyyah Salman (She/Her)

    Director of Specialized Agencies

    Safiyyah is an incoming third-year student, double majoring in History and Political Science and is NAMUN 2026’s Director of Specialized Agencies. This is her third year staffing NAMUN and she has over 8 years of experience in MUN. She is an aspiring lawyer and is passionate about human rights and international law. In her free time, Safiyyah likes to go to cafes (her go-to order is a strawberry matcha in the summer and a london fog in the winter), read a book by an existentialist Russian author, and daydream about the next country on her bucket list.

  • Joseph Yeh (He/Him)

    Co-Director of Crisis

    Joseph is a third year Engineering Science Student at U of T! He will be the Co-director of Crisis. This is his third year with NAMUN and he hopes to make the 2026 iteration the engaging, fun, and exhilarating experience NAMUN has always been. Outside of MUN, you can find him cramming assignments in Bahen, eating his way through Chinatown, or on the lake.

  • Isabella Perdigon (She/Her)

    Co-Director of Crisis

    This year, Isabella is proud to be your Co-Branch Director of Crisis. Since starting UTMUN four years ago, she’s been passionate about the MUN community and can’t wait to plan exciting committees in her final year. In her free time, you can find her playing with her dog, reading, hanging out with friends, or collecting thrift store artwork. In the fall, she’ll be starting her fifth year of studying political science, Latin American Studies, & philosophy. Isabella looks forward to helping build a successful conference filled with good vibes and lots and lots of maps.

  • Amélie L'Hénaff (She/Her)

    Co-Director of Procedures & Training

    Amélie (she/her) is in her 4th year studying Political Science, History, and Socio-cultural Anthropology. She spent 4 years in her high school’s Model UN club, becoming co-captain in grade 12, and joined NAMUN as a moderator for the 2024 conference. Despite taking a year off to go abroad to Sciences Po, Paris, she’s returned and super excited for this year’s conference! Outside of NAMUN, Amélie can be found wandering aimlessly with headphones on, journalling, and asking ChatGPT to interpret her tarot cards. She can’t wait to meet all the delegates and work towards a great conference!

  • Maia Cassie (She/Her)

    Co-Director of Procedures & Training

    Maia is a second-year student majoring in Sociology with minors in Political Science and Women and Gender Studies. Since discovering MUN in Grade 7, Maia has been an avid debater and staff member at a variety of conferences, and is excited to join NAMUN this year as Co-Director of Procedures and Training! Outside of MUN, Maia can be found reading (mostly literary or historical fiction), crocheting, and developing her martial arts skills.

  • Harvi Karatha (She/Her)

    Director of Equity

    Harvi Karatha is a final year Engineering Science student specializing in Engineering Maths, Stats, and Finance with a minor in AI. After doing varied roles in UofT’s major MUN conferences over the past three years (everything from Equity Director at UTMUN to USG Internal at SSICSIM, etc.), she's loved being at all the different UofT MUN conferences, and can't wait to create a fun, memorable NAMUN 2026! When she's not in lecture, you can find her exploring the best food spots in Toronto!

  • Ivy Chen (She/Her)

    Director of Corporate Relations

    Ivy’s journey with Model United Nations began in 2020. From there, she was instantly captivated by the amazing experiences, and the interesting opportunities it provided. Since then, she joined her high school’s MUN club, participating in UTMUN and SSICSIM as a delegate before helping staff the past year. In her spare time, she enjoys reading new books, watching films, and playing chess.

  • Adrian J. Lam (He/Him)

    Director of Logistics

    Adrian J. Lam is a third‑year Pharmacology and Political Science student at Trinity College, UofT. His journey in Model United Nations began with a fascination for diplomacy and global affairs, which led him to participate in, and now help organize, conferences like NAMUN and UTMUN. He joined all three of UofT’s MUN organizations just last year and quickly took on roles that deepen his engagement with policy and debate . Adrian also serves as President of UTSRI, a student-led research initiative that hosts STEM‑based competitions and conferences in Canada. This summer, he’ll support NAMUN’s logistics as Dir. of Logistics, UTMUN’s internal branch as USG-I, and assist in planning UTSRI’s upcoming Scientific Research & Strategy Summit. In this academic year, Adrian is excited to deepen his leadership in conferences and student initiatives and build connections across UofT’s campuses.

  • Moksha Mueller (She/Her)

    Co-Director of Communications & Design

    Moksha is a third-year student with a major in English and minor in Book & Media Studies and Writing & Rhetoric. Participating in MUN since grade 9, she is now entering her third year of NAMUN, previously being Editor-in-Chief and journalist/graphic designer. When not designing social media posts, Moksha can be found reading, crocheting, cooking, or learning a new arts & crafts hobby, which will cost her entire paycheck. She loves unique coffee orders, football, and generic music. She hopes that everyone loves the sec posts, and will continue to have an amazing 2026 conference!

  • Barad Kiai (He/Him)

    Co-Director of Communications & Design

    Barad is a fourth year Economics and International Relations student. Barad first joined NAMUN as a Graphic Designer for The Emissary. Since then, he aspired to become the Co-Director of C&D to get exclusive secretariat merch. Outside of NAMUN, Barad can be found daydreaming about the Persian Empire.
