Below listed are the rates of rooms booked at Courtyard by Marriott, with NAMUN’s online reservation link, alongside additional booking details. This link will be provided to you once you have registered and paid the invoice for NAMUN 2027.

Hotel room rates, per room, per night, are in Canadian funds and are subject to applicable local taxes and/or fees (currently 13% HST and 6% Municipal Accommodation Tax, please note the MAT is also subject to HST) in effect at the time of check-out.

Baggage Information

Baggage Handling:

Baggage handling for groups arriving by bus is mandatory for all groups of ten or more and is made available at the cost of $3.50 Canadian per bag each way. Prices are subject to change and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. This fee is subject to change without notice. Each bag must be clearly tagged with the company and guest name to ensure efficient delivery. Upon check out all luggage is to be left outside the guestrooms for pick up.

Baggage Storage:

Should the delegates of your group require baggage storage, it is available at the hotel’s Bell Desk for $3.00 CDN, per bag/item and will be charged to the Master Account. If your group declines this baggage storage arrangement, it is important to advise all group attendees that the gratuity for baggage storage is not included and is the responsibility of the individual. This fee is subject to change without notice.

Billing Arrangements: 

Please note that individual guests will be expected to pay all charges which include room rates, parking, food & beverage, laundry service, baggage handling, etc. (cash-paying guests may be asked to leave a cash or credit card deposit to guarantee payment). NAMUN 2027 is not responsible for any charges acquired by the delegate(s).

Cancellations: 

Guestroom reservations may be cancelled up until 72 hours local time prior to arrival with no penalty. Cancellations received after this time will be subject to one night’s room & tax, applied to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Guaranteed Reservations:

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Courtyard by Marriott will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

Travel Information

Air Canada is offering special discounts to delegates travelling to NAMUN 2027:

  • For those travelling from within North America, there is a 5% discount on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. 

  • For International travellers, there is a 10% discount on standard fares & higher.

After you have registered for the conference and paid your invoice in full, the Air Canada discount code along with further instructions will be provided to you so you can take advantage of these reduced rates.

Important Notes:

  • The discount code is only valid for travelling to Toronto (YTZ,YYZ) (ON), for the purposes of attending NAMUN 2027.

  • You must purchase your ticket(s) directly from aircanada.com to be eligible for the discount, and the code must be applied at the time of purchase.

  • The travel period begins Thursday, February 11, 2027 and ends Saturday, February 27, 2027.
