Individual Delegate Fees

Delegation Fees

Delegation fee applies on top of the individual delegate fee for each member of the delegation. Each delegation pays only one delegation fee and the fee is fixed, no matter the number of delegates in a delegation. The fee will be automatically added to all registrations with min. 2 delegates. NAMUN will not be charging any fee for Faculty Advisors.

NAMUN 2027 pricing will depend on the registration time. Please keep that in mind, when planning your participation at the conference.

Refund policy 

NAMUN 2027 will issue a full refund upon request prior to December 24th, 2026. From December 25th, 2026 to January 24th, 2027 refunds will constitute 50% of the original purchase. Any refund requests submitted after January 24th will not be accepted. In accordance with our Delegate Equity Policy, in case of sickness or other extreme circumstances, please contact our Equity Director, Amani Altaf, (equity@namun.org) as soon as possible with a doctor's note proving your condition

Acts of Weather 

Please note that NAMUN 2027 will take place as scheduled from February 18 to February 20, 2027, and we will not be able to offer refunds to delegations that choose not to attend the conference due to weather-related circumstances.

Please note that all refunds will NOT include the 7% fee required to cover our use of myMUN.
