Hotel room rates, per room, per night, are in Canadian funds and are subject to applicable local taxes and/or fees (currently 13% HST and 6% Municipal Accommodation Tax, please note the MAT is also subject to HST) in effect at the time of check-out.

Billing Arrangements:

Please note that individual guests will be expected to pay all charges which include room rates, parking, food & beverage, laundry service, baggage handling, etc. (cash-paying guests may be asked to leave a cash or credit card deposit to guarantee payment). NAMUN 2026 is not responsible for any charges acquired by the delegate(s).

Cancellations:

Guestroom reservations may be cancelled up until 72 hours local time prior to arrival with no penalty. Cancellations received after this time will be subject to one night’s room & tax, applied to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

Complimentary high-speed wireless internet in all guestrooms and public areas.
Group rates extended 2 days pre and 2 days post, based on room and rate availability.
Newly upgraded TV system (video content streaming such as Netflix, YouTube, Hulu etc. Mirroring, contents from portable devices, Pay-per-view movie system, Auxiliary HDMI input for wired connection to TV).
Complimentary access to a 1,100 sq. ft. fitness centre, open 23 hours a day.
