NAMUN 2026 pricing will depend on the registration time. Please keep that in mind, when planning your participation at the conference.

Individual Delegate Fees 

Early Bird Registration (Sep 10, 2025 - Oct 23, 2025)

Delegation Fees

Early Bird Registration (Sep 10, 2025 - Oct 23, 2025)

Late Registration (Dec 25, 2025 - Jan 25, 2026)

  • $90

Delegation fee applies on top of the individual delegate fee for each member of the delegation. Each delegation pays only one delegation fee and the fee is fixed, no matter the number of delegates in a delegation. The fee will be automatically added to all registrations with min. 2 delegates. NAMUN will not be charging any fee for Faculty Advisors.

Refund policy 

NAMUN 2026 will issue a full refund upon request prior to December 24th, 2025. From December 24th, 2025 to January 25th, 2026 refunds will constitute 50% of the original purchase. Any refund requests submitted after January 25th will not be accepted. In accordance with our Delegate Equity Policy, in case of sickness or other extreme circumstances, please contact our Equity Director, Harvi Karatha, (equity@namun.org) as soon as possible with a doctor's note proving your condition. 

Acts of Weather 

Please note that NAMUN 2026 will take place as scheduled from February 19 to February 21, 2026, and we will not be able to offer refunds to delegations that choose not to attend the conference due to weather-related circumstances.

Please note that all refunds will not include the 7% fee required to cover our use of myMUN.
